By booking an experience with Rugged Xscape you are aware that all sales are final. We cannot do same day refunds nor reschedules. We may reschedule if notified within 24 hours and possible refund within 72 hours, at our discretion. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Your game will start on time regardless if all of your party has arrived or not. Failure to arrive at the designated reservation time will result in a forfeit of your reservation with no refund.
